Compare a Quote: We encourage our customers to get quotes and present them to us so we can assist with price, product choice, availability and advice. Our conditions are based on a like for like bases (Conditions Apply)*. Product brands are not all equal. Our advice will help assist you make the right choice for your application. If you have questions email us and will get back to you asap.

Refunds & Returns:  No refunds or returns will be accepted for any custom cut to size sheets or panels. If the a sheet or panel is cut incorrectly the panel will be re cut or replaced. Any other return or refund on our standard line products will require notification in writing within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If the product is faulty or defective a replacement will be offered in the unlikely hood a replacement is not available a refund will be offered. If we receive notification after 7 days we may reject a claim. In some cases where we can accept a return outside of our 7 day return policy a 33% restocking fee will apply. Please make all claims through our contact us page. 

Shipping: We ship our products within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. If we require a longer time to dispatch we will endeavor to contact you and advise any issue. We have no control over the Couriers or Australia Post. All advised delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post or Couriers services. They are not guarantees. If you have an issue with a delivery we advise you check the tracking and lodge an inquiry with the carrier. In the rare case an item is lost it is entirley up to the customer to make a claim with the shipping carrier. As part of our terms of sale, Warlond Plastics takes no responsibility for items lost via a third party. We are more than happy to assist on our end and can lodge a tracking / delivery enquiry on your behalf as this may speed the processing delay. We will try our best to resolve any delivery issue, ask us we are here to help.
