Plastic Cutting — Not Fabrication
Warlond Plastics specialises in supplying and accurately cutting plastic sheet components.
We do not provide completed plastic fabrication, bonding or gluing services. Many customers receive their panels already cut, profiled or machined and complete the final assembly themselves.
This approach keeps the service practical while giving customers flexibility with their own installation or fabrication.

What materials can your CNC router cut?
Our CNC router cutting service is available for Acrylic, Polycarbonate, HDPE and ABS sheet.
What materials can you laser cut?
Our CNC laser cutting service is available for Acrylic only. We do not laser cut Polycarbonate, HDPE, ABS or Aluminium.
Do you cut Aluminium?
No. Our cutting services are focused on selected plastic sheet materials. We do not machine or cut Aluminium.
What can be cut on the panel saw?
Our panel saw is used for straight cutting and sheet breakdown of Acrylic, Polycarbonate, HDPE and ABS.
Can you add countersinks, pockets or chamfered edges?
Yes. Our CNC router can provide countersinking, pocket machining, bevels and chamfers where suitable for the selected material, thickness and design.
Do you provide plastic fabrication, bonding or gluing?
No. We supply accurately cut plastic panels and components but do not provide completed bonding or gluing services. We stock SCIGRIP Weld-On 3 and Weld-On 16 for suitable customer-completed acrylic fabrication.
What information should I provide for a quote?
Include the material, thickness, finished dimensions, quantity and any available drawing, sketch or reference image. If you require holes, countersinking, pockets, bevels or chamfers, include those details as well.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is available from our Hoppers Crossing warehouse. Delivery may also be available depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.
Can you cut material while I wait?
No. Cutting jobs are prepared in advance. Please submit your requirements and place your order before attending for collection.
